Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are prepared and shipped from Paris, France. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or French public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Estimated delivery times are:

• France: 2–5 business days

• European Union: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, or customs clearance.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your parcel online.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
